This very easy recipe is one I return to over and over. Serve these shrimp over a salad, in pasta, or with grits, a I did.

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves of garlic, slivered
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice – about a whole lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat in a large pan, then add in butter and let melt. When butter is melted, stir in garlic and cook til just softened.

2. Add in shrimp and saut̩ til completely pink Рabout five minutes. Toss with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
