This very easy recipe is one I return to over and over. Serve these shrimp over a salad, in pasta, or with grits, a I did.

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves of garlic, slivered
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice – about a whole lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat in a large pan, then add in butter and let melt. When butter is melted, stir in garlic and cook til just softened.

2. Add in shrimp and sauté til completely pink – about five minutes. Toss with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
