This easy spread can be assembled quickly from the ingredients in your pantry.
Serve with crackers and crudités.
1 can tuna packed in olive oil
1 can cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
1 small clove of garlic
2 anchovy filets (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper
Parsley or dill for garnishing
1. Combine all ingredients, including oil from tuna, in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Adjust consistency with additional olive oil, if necessary.
3. Garnish with herbs.
